4. Payment Methods

  1. Payment Acceptance: We offer multiple payment options for our products or services. These include card payments (debit or credit) – VISA, Maestro or MasterCard that support online transactions, cash on delivery (cash or cards), and IPS systems payments. Card payments are facilitated in collaboration with AllSecure DOO and Intesa AD bank, ensuring a secure and certified transaction via the AllSecure Payment Gateway.Once the card details are entered and payment confirmed, the bank authorizes the transaction, and your order is approved and processed for delivery. The amount will be reserved on your card (account) and will not be available for other purposes.The transaction will be completed, and the amount deducted from your account only when the products are ready for transport and handed over to the courier service. If the payment is not completed, i.e., the amount is not deducted from the account within 14 days of accepting your order, that order will be canceled and deleted. After the 14-day period, the reserved money on your account will be released and will be available again. You can then repeat the same or a new order, and make a payment for them.Check with the issuing bank if your card supports online payments.

  3. Conversion Statement: All payments will be made in the local currency of the Republic of Serbia – dinar (RSD). For an informative display of prices in other currencies, the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia is used. The amount your card will be charged will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the rate used by card organizations, which we cannot know at the time of the transaction. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.
  4. VAT: VAT is included in the price, and there are no hidden costs.

9. Item Replacement
